Hello and welcome! Here you are able to explore all the booking options available at Sip & Psych.

Parking info: Free ground-level lot on 2 Ave on the west side of the building, spots labelled Visitor Parking. You need to register your license plate by texting the number on the sign. - 2 hour paid and free street parking on 2 Avenue in front of the building. - Paid Parkplus Lot 20 at 203 14 St NW. - Free 2 hour street parking on 2 Ave between 16 & 17 St, and along 17 St between 2 and 3 Ave.

Sip & Psych’s Office: 301 14th St NW - I’m located in Suite 4 > Office 414 on the 4th floor. There are two elevators on the main floor; take either to the 4th floor. Once on 4th floor walk to the right until you see office 414 with various business decals stuck on two doors. Look for my logo on the door door, walk through the hallway, past the kitchen, until you find Suite 4. For bookings after 6pm please buzz 9144 to be let inside if front doors are locked.

For individuals or relationship therapy. Think of this as your chance to chat with me and make sure you feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Potential clients are welcome to take time after the call to make their decision, email with any other questions, or book a future session if it feels like a good fit.

Individual Counselling

My approach to counselling is to highlight the strengths you already hold, while building in techniques, tools, and an understanding of what are truly capable of. Together we will get you the through tough times and into a place of confident competence to move forward. Individual counselling is offered for youth (13-17) and adults (18+)

Relationship Counselling

Looking for support in your relationships? I've witnessed the benefit of a third party present for those difficult conversations with people we love. Relationship counselling is an opportunity for everyone to be heard and build their communication skills. Supporting various relational dynamics: dating, married, divorced, monogamous, poly / enm / cnm , queer and straight folks.

When we work together I want you to feel heard, safe, and supported in an open judgment-free environment. I can promise you will be met with warmth, empathy, and acceptance from an inclusive-focused practitioner.
